• Interact with developers and property owners
• Negotiate contractual terms
• Conduct analyses to determine suitable locations for network expansion
• Obtain all necessary permits and approvals for future locations
• Provide technical assistance as needed
• Discuss any relevant matters with your direct manager
• Work well as part of a team
• Identify risk situations depending on context
