We’re looking for a true action-oriented sales professional!

You won’t be just someone who “presents offers.” We are looking for a salesperson who can negotiate, create value, and sell logistics strategies that help online merchants save money and optimize their operations.

🎯 What will you do?

  • Actively acquire new business (Hunting): Proactively identify and attract potential B2B clients in the e-commerce sector.
  • Consultative sales: Sell our key advantages — cost optimization through the Easybox network and cross-border solutions (Bulgaria and Romania).
  • Manage the full sales cycle: From the first contact and arranging meetings (in person and/or online) to directly closing deals.
  • Analysis and planning: Manage the sales pipeline, organize your work schedule, and track the integration stages of new clients.
  • Team collaboration: Provide internal coordination between departments (Operations and Integrations) to ensure a smooth on-boarding process for partners.

👊 We are looking for someone who has:

  • At least 1 year of experience in active B2B services sales (experience in logistics or the e-commerce sector is a strong advantage).
  • A strong Hunter mentality — decisiveness, resilience in handling objections, and a focus on closing deals rather than simply sending emails.
  • Analytical thinking — ability to work with numbers and data to mathematically demonstrate the profitability of the service.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Good conversational English skills.
  • Availability to travel up to 80% of the time (Category B driving license required).

Compensation:

  • Net salary: €1,250 – €1,350
  • Monthly bonus: up to €500 net
