Through this service, Sameday offers its customers an optimal solution for the fast delivery of small and medium-sized postal items (parcels) via a fully automated delivery system, namely automated easybox parcel lockers. These consist of an automated terminal made of metal, in the form of a locker with multiple storage compartments (boxes), secured in various ways and accessible to customers 24/7 based on an access code.
Provides recipients with information via SMS and e-mail at the moment the parcels are loaded into the locker compartments, including access details for the locker.
Ensures recipient access to delivered parcels 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, depending on the locker’s location and its strategic placement, according to the information available at https://sameday.bg/courier-packaging-requirements/?lang=en.
Offers senders the option to load their parcels into the Sameday network via easybox using waybills that have been pre-generated through the eAWB application.
Is equipped with a display that allows customers access to their compartments via QR code or PIN.
The locker is equipped with electronic locks and an integrated video surveillance system.
Can be used both for delivering parcels to recipients and for returning them to senders.
Has the following components and dimensions:
A standard locker with dimensions (L × W × H) 350 × 80 × 215 cm, consisting of 5 (five) storage columns and 1 (one) technical column containing a payment system (ATM), QR scanner, and PIN confirmation module.
One storage column consists of 10 (ten) compartments with the following dimensions:
2 (two) large compartments: 445 × 390 × 470 mm;
3 (three) medium compartments: 445 × 200 × 470 mm;
5 (five) small compartments: 445 × 100 × 470 mm.
The maximum permissible weight of a parcel collected from the locker is 20 kg.
Do not leave the doors of the locker compartments open.
Do not leave or forget personal items in lockers (bank cards, wallets, keys, etc.).
Do not deliver parcels via lockers that are empty or contain goods other than those covered by a return service requested from Sameday.
Do not select actions on the locker display that you do not perform or that are inaccurate.
Recipients are prohibited from returning parcels with “return” status via easybox without expressly requesting a new service related to this process flow.
Parcels returned without a valid service order are not considered postal items. They will not have processing information in the Sameday IT system and will therefore be treated as items abandoned in the locker by the recipient.
In the case of parcels with “return” status for which a service order has been placed, upon loading them into the locker, the customer must carefully read the information displayed on the locker screen and ensure that the parcel is placed in the correct compartment allocated by the system, regardless of whether one or more compartments are already open.
Sameday, as a provider of postal and courier services, assumes no liability towards customers, beneficiaries, or payers for any direct or indirect damages resulting from failure to comply with the above provisions.
When the beneficiary of a service, acting as sender, requests the delivery, forwarding, or return of a parcel via lockers, the beneficiary must provide the recipient (and/or third parties) with the transport document (AWB) and comply with the parcel packaging instructions published at: https://sameday.bg/courier-packaging-requirements/?lang=en
The sender is responsible for complying with parcel dimensions, proper internal and external packaging, and correct labeling to ensure the contents are not damaged during transport or storage in lockers.
If a parcel does not fit the dimensions of a locker compartment, it will be automatically reclassified and delivered via the “Locker to Home Delivery” service and charged accordingly.
Sameday assumes no liability for the contents of parcels. Parcels are accepted for locker delivery only if they are properly closed and sealed.
If a parcel is improperly packaged or labeled, responsibility for any damage to the locker, its operating system, persons, or other parcels rests solely with the sender/beneficiary.

The recipient may collect a parcel from the locker within 36 hours from receipt of the SMS notification. During peak operational periods (Black Friday, Christmas, Easter, etc.), the collection period is reduced to 24 hours.
If the parcel is not collected within the specified timeframe, it will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
Parcels are delivered to the locker selected on the AWB only if space is available. If the selected locker is full at the time of delivery, the parcel will be redirected to a nearby locker. The recipient will be informed by SMS before and after redirection.
Parcels can be delivered via lockers 24/7, every day of the week.
After loading the parcel, the recipient is notified by SMS and email and receives the QR code and PIN required to access the locker.
Scanning the QR code or entering the PIN unlocks the compartment. The delivery is completed once the recipient closes the compartment door and confirms completion on the locker screen.
Sameday assumes no liability in the following situations:
The recipient does not complete the parcel pickup process.
The recipient does not collect all parcels placed in the compartment.
The parcel is collected by a third party who has been granted access.
The recipient places personal items in the locker.
The recipient loads a parcel into a locker compartment containing an uncollected parcel from a previous incomplete delivery.
Complaints are investigated internally, and video recordings may only be disclosed within a legal framework, in compliance with GDPR.
Parcels contain inscriptions or goods contrary to public order or morals.
Parcels retain old labels or markings.
Parcels exceed the permitted dimensions or weight.

Sameday, as a provider of postal and courier services, wishes to prevent situations in which postal items (parcels) picked up can be damaged when they transit the postal network of lockers.
