What are Sameday Lockers?
Sameday lockers are automated machines that allow for secure and convenient delivery and pick-up of parcels 24/7. They consist of multiple compartments accessible by unique codes.

- Accessible 24/7 depending on locker location.

- Can be used for both deliveries and returns.
Locker Specifications:
- Standard locker dimensions: 350cm (L) x 80cm (W) x 215cm (H).
- 5 storage columns and 1 technical column.
- Storage column contains:
- 2 large boxes (445 x 390 x 470 mm)
- 3 medium boxes (445 x 200 x 470 mm)
- 5 small boxes (445 x 100 x 470 mm)
- Maximum parcel weight: 20 kg.
User Instructions:
- Do not leave locker compartments open.
- Do not forget personal belongings in lockers.
- Use lockers only for parcels intended for Sameday return.
- Select accurate options on the locker display.
- Carefully review information before picking up parcels containing multiple boxes.
- Recipients cannot return parcels marked “return” without requesting a new service.
- For “return” parcels with a service order, carefully review locker display information and ensure correct parcel placement.
User Conditions:
- Sameday is not liable for damages caused by non-compliance with these terms.
- The sender is responsible for providing the recipient with transport documents and packaging information.
- Senders are responsible for ensuring proper parcel dimensions, packaging, and labeling.
- Parcels exceeding locker dimensions will be automatically redirected for home delivery at an additional charge.
- Sameday assumes no liability for parcel content. Parcels must be closed and sealed.
- Improperly packaged parcels are the sender’s responsibility.
- Special products (cosmetics, batteries, non-perishables) require specific packaging methods as outlined on the Sameday website.
Delivery Times:
- Parcels can be picked up within 36 hours (except peak periods: Black Friday, Christmas, etc., where the limit is 24 hours).
- Uncollected parcels will be returned to the sender at their expense.
- Parcels are delivered to the locker specified on the waybill, subject to availability and space.
- If the chosen locker is full, the parcel will be redirected to a nearby locker with notification to the recipient.
- Lockers operate 24/7.
- Upon parcel loading, recipients receive email and SMS notifications with access information (QR code and PIN code).
Payment:
- Cash on delivery payments are only accepted via bank cards at the locker’s POS terminal before parcel pick-up.
- Not all lockers offer cash on delivery payments.
Sameday Exclusions of Liability:
- Sameday is not liable for:
- Recipient’s failure to complete the pick-up process.
- Recipient picking up incomplete parcels.
- Parcels picked up by unauthorized individuals.
- Recipient leaving personal items in lockers.
- Recipient returning parcels in unclaimed boxes.
- Investigations regarding complaints will be conducted, and resolutions will be communicated to the customer. Video footage might be disclosed only in legal proceedings and in compliance with GDPR regulations.
- Sameday is not liable for parcels with inappropriate packaging or containing prohibited goods.
- Sameday is not liable for parcels with old or unremoved labels.
- Sameday is not liable for parcels exceeding size and weight limitations.
Sender/Beneficiary Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper internal and external packaging of parcels.
- Verify parcel dimensions and weight comply with regulations.

- Artwork, antiques, cheques, credit cards, stamps, phone cards
- Drugs
- Human organs
- Live or dead animals
- Human remains
