SAMEDAY App is the courier application available on Apple Store and Google Play revolutionizing the recipient’s experience with multiple functionalities designed to make life easier.

For parcels with home delivery, using SAMEDAY App you will be able to:

  • Track the delivery in real time.
  • Pay cash on delivery with a card in the App.
  • Redirect the parcel to an easyboх or different address if you’re not home on the delivery day.
  • Postpone the delivery.

For parcels with delivery to an easybox, you’ll be able to extend the storage period by another 24, 48, 72 hours, or even by 7 days from the loading time into the easybox.

To create an account, you need to download the app from Apple Store/Google Play and register using your personal phone number, your eMAG account, or your Google/Apple ID.

All AWBs associated with the phone number you used to register in SAMEDAY App will be visible in the application. However, if you used a different phone number for your order than the one used for app login, those AWBs will not be displayed, and it is necessary to install SAMEDAY App on all devices associated with the phone numbers linked to the orders.

In SAMEDAY App, the option to track the courier’s route in real-time becomes active up to a maximum of 3 hours before the delivery to your address, providing you with information about the number of stops the courier will make before reaching you. We will send you a notification when the option becomes active.

The card payment option in SAMEDAY App is available for all cash-on-delivery parcels with delivery to your address. When the Sameday courier is on their way to you, simply access the ‘Pay’ button in the SAMEDAY App, and you will be redirected to the online payment area.

You can pay using a card, Apple Pay, eMAG Pay, or Google Pay. To easily use the card payment option in the future, you can save multiple cards by accessing the ‘My Cards’ menu, where you can set one as your favorite. If you change your mind and wish to refuse the already paid parcel, don’t worry – the amount will be refunded to your card within 1-3 business days.

You can extend the storage period in easybox by up to 7 days through the SAMEDAY App as soon as the parcel is loaded into easybox. Simply access the AWB of the parcel you wish to extend, and all the necessary details will be available. The storage period can be extended multiple times, as needed, until the parcel is picked up.

The option to leave the parcel with a neighbor is available for all parcels with delivery to your address. When the SAMEDAY courier is en route to you, access ‘Delivery Options’, select ‘Leave with Neighbor’ in SAMEDAY app, and enter your neighbor’s contact details.

When the SAMEDAY courier is en route to you, you can access ‘Delivery Options’, and then select ‘Choose Another Address’ in SAMEDAY App. You can then add the desired address for redirection. To easily use the option to redirect to another address in the future, you have the option to save multiple delivery addresses by accessing the ‘My Addresses’ menu, and you can mark one of them as your favorite.

When the SAMEDAY courier is en route to you, you can access ‘Delivery Options’ and select the ‘Send to an easybox’ option in the SAMEDAY app. You can then choose your preferred easybox location. Please note that to use this option, the parcel must meet the delivery requirements for easybox. To easily use the option to redirect to an easybox in the future, you have the option to save multiple easybox locations by accessing the ‘Favorite easyboxes’ menu, and you can mark one of them as your favorite. If the option is not active, it’s possible that the parcel may not be eligible for redirection (it doesn’t meet the allowed dimensions).

When the SAMEDAY courier is en route to you, access ‘Delivery Options’ and choose the ‘Postpone Delivery’ option. Select a new delivery date from the displayed calendar, and you’ll have the option to postpone the delivery by up to 5 business days for Sofia and 2 business days for province.

You access the main menu of the application and press the ‘View History’ button, which will redirect you to the ‘Parcel History’ section, where you’ll see parcels from the last 90 days.

You can cancel the delivery by accessing the specific delivery in question and, from the ‘Delivery Options’ menu, pressing the ‘Cancel Delivery’ button. This option becomes active only when the SAMEDAY courier is en route to you or the parcel was already loaded into an easybox. If you have already paid for the parcel through the app, don’t worry, we will refund the amount within 1-3 business days to the same card you used for the payment.

From the main menu, you access the ‘search’ button, and in the search module that opens, you input the relevant AWB number and press the ‘Search’ button. If the parcel you are looking for does not have your phone number set in the recipient’s details, you will see minimal information.

We have already enabled essential notifications for worry-free deliveries, but we recommend that you access the ‘App Settings’ menu, go to ‘Notification Options,’ and activate the ‘Complete Notifications’ option to receive much more detailed updates during the delivery of your parcels.
